Property Management

The Goodrich Team has been providing a full range of property management services to our customers since 1908. Many of our customers’ properties we have managed for over 30 years. We have helped our customers to preserve and to build wealth through real estate investments and holdings for 100 years.

We provide personal and hands on services in managing our customers’ properties, so our customers can have care free ownership and attractive returns on their investments.

Properties we manage include commercial and residential mix buildings, multi-family residential apartment buildings, medium and small shopping centres, retail stores, offices, single family houses, condos, and townhouses.

We provide turn-key property management services care free to the owners:

• Leasing of commercial, retail, and office spaces
• Rental of residential apartment units, single family houses, condos, and townhouses
• Hiring and supervising live-in building caretakers or resident managers
• Attend to all tenant enquiries, move-ins and move-outs, repairs and maintenance, property inspections
• Payment of expenses and proceeds to owners’ bank, monthly financial reporting to the property owners
